Phases 1, 2 & 3 - External Repair & redecorations to Grade II listed Riverside Residential Warehouse Conversion.
Scaffolding to all four external brickwork elevations with protruding balconies, the elevation over the River Thames including all necessary local authority, port authority and environment agency permissions.
Scaffolding to 3 internal light wells.
Cleaning to all original brickwork facades.
Brickwork replacement and pointing repairs across elevations.
Corrosion treatment and coatings to main roof areas and canopy guttering.
Renderoc coatings to downpipes recesses full height, decorations and reinstatement.
Plastisol capping to copings within courtyards.
Redecorations to all timber windows and doors, metalwork to all balconies and timber decking.
Siloxane spray coating to all high level brickwork for waterproofing against the elements.
Mastic works to brickwork corbel at high level and all pattress plates etc, windows and doors to selected delegations.
Renew all lead work to internal courtyards where weathering the brickwork projections and intermittent levels.
